\"\" DESIGN FEATURES:<\/strong> TC40M VHF Omni-directional Marine Band Antenna is a rugged all-weather model that uses high-class brass and copper nylon ultra corrosion resistant Copper or Aluminum alloy and does not require any field tuning or adjustments. All junctions are fully welded to prevent RF inter-modulation and the antenna is completely protected within a high-tech ruggedized ABS radome to ensure survivability in the worst environments. The UV-resistant ABS enclosure has excellent transparency for RF signals and enough
\nstrength to withstand specified wind loads. The antenna is supplied with olive green ass color. Another customized color can also be supplied on request. The compact size of the Omni -directional antenna allows easy handling and shipping.<\/p>\n

CONSTRUCTIONS:<\/strong>: The TC – 40 is a center-fed design that eliminates the distortion of the radiation pattern and ensures a true Omni-directional horizontal pattern. The special stub matching is used for smooth VSWR and constant gain over the specified frequency band. The marine Band antenna consists of large diameter Copper radiating elements stacked vertically, fed in phase, and enclosed in a UPVC tube. The antenna termination is enclosed at bottom of the antenna for complete weather protection.<\/p>\n
